Response to a Populous brand activation brief that led to my full time employment with the company
The International Women’s Golf Championship is a major event in women’s professional golf that attracts world class players. The Championship want to improve the event experience to match the level of professional golf being played at the event, and to increase spectator diversity and attendance numbers.
The aspiration of the brief was to create something new and exciting for the Women’s Golf Championship. The core of my response was centred around the event week, looking at how enhancements to the spectator experience will increase ticket sales, engage audiences and raise revenue.
Another consideration was to look at how the visibility of the Championship could extend beyond the event week through marketing and advertising campaigns.
